Bag-in-Box Fillers

For the KBF:

Ideally, the buffer tank is filled via the Kreuzmayr Pasteurizer and controlled by a filling level indicator. The set filling volume is indicated on the digital display which can be adjusted as needed. The juice is pumped into the bag through a pump that is monitored by a flow meter. The bag-in-box pouch is then placed into the intake, the cap of the pouch is taken off with the gripper and the filling valve is placed into the spout of the bag. The filling procedure begins as soon as the spout is sealed and finishes automatically once the set volume is achieved.

For the KRF:

The Kreuzmayr Inline Bottle Fillers can fill a variety of different heights. This is completed using a filling valve made of stainless steel, with a rubber gasket. The empty bottles are placed under the filler spout. This opens the filling valves and the liquid flows from the buffer tank into the bottles through gravity.
