Happy Clients Using Our Rinser

Rinser RSC

Our RSC Rinser is not only easy but an economical way to rinse or air clean bottles prior to filling. The Rinser is set up before the filler and is meant to run automatically. This allows it to feed the filler a supply of clean bottles by counting infeed containers, making it the best air rinser for bottles in the market. Once a full group is present, the bottles are clamped and then inverted over a collection tray. A pump (or straight factory water connection) then injects water up onto the base of the bottle. A variable time delay allows for you to adjust how long the rinse time is as well as how long the drain time is. Alternately, a sanitizing solution – or even the product itself – can be utilized to rinse and recirculated into a simple 5-gallon bucket.
Once the rinse cycle is completed, the bottles are released and discharged. They are then ready for the filling process. A backup eye is part of the standard design to prevent the rinser from releasing bottles until the conveyor is open and ready. This allows it to run at the speed of the filler. A variety of sizes can be handled from a single manifold, and dedicated maifolds are inexpensive and grant quick changeovers between packages.
