The Kreuzmayr series KML of Mobile Juicing Trailers are the most efficient solution to take fruit juicing to fruit growers. Requiring only a power supply, hosepipe and a waste water drain to operate this Kreuzmayr Mobile Juicing Trailer.
With or without the GKE Bin Tipper, the fruit is loaded onto the trailer to be washed, milled and pressed into juice via continuous processes. The on board pasteurizer heats the fresh juice to 85C to then be filled into the Bag-in-Box pouches or bottles. There are three versions available which have various outputs. These are 500/750 and 1500 litres/hour. All systems are configured to handle the set amount.

Pallet boxes of a variety of fruits and vegetables are loaded and emptied onto the on-board washing tank via the GKE Bin Tipper. From there, the produce is elevated into the mill, ground into a pomace and then transported onto the belt press. The juice is continuously pumped into the buffer tanks while the mash is discarded from the press into a pallet box.
The pasteurizer receives hte juice from the tanks and gently heats it to approximately 85ºC. From there, it is pumped to the filling machine, either bag-in-box or bottle filler.
Each juice trailer machine can be operated individually, or together as an integrated system. Once completed, the equipment can be dismantled without the need for tools for easy cleaning and maintenance
