Being in the production business ourselves, we know how crucial it is to have a setup that is effective and efficient. The understanding of production as well as keeping down time to a minimum is essential for a profitable business. Thus, having your machines up and running at peak performance is key.
Sales
As the sole distributor of Kreuzmayr products for North America, you can rest assured knowing that we offer the best possible product for you at the fairest price. We are in constant contact with the headquarters in Austria to help us guide you to the perfect setup for you.
For your filling and labeling needs, we offer solutions from In-Line Packaging Systems for clients in the Pacific Northwest.
Juicing.Systems will organize transportation, boxing / crating, prepare the customs papers, and guide you through a successful installation. You’ll deal with us, a local representative, from start to finish.
Installation
The majority of Kreuzmayr products come plug-in ready, and most installations only need a short time to get up and running. We install the machines on location and test them out to make sure all the machines are working as they should. If you so choose, or for larger installations, we can enlist the factories own engineers to help you through the process.
After a successful installation, we will train you on how to best use the machinery, as well as the proper cleaning procedures to keep your equipment running smoothly.
Support/Parts
Our support line is available from 8 am – 4 pm Monday to Friday (PST). We have extensive technical knowledge of the machinery and will be glad to help you over the phone, via video call and on-site.
We have a stock of the most commonly used spare parts, and can quickly respond to your needs. We understand and seek to reduce the costs associated with down time in your operation. If it is not in stock, we’ll order it for you and have it sent directly to your location from the factory. Want to know more?
