Dual Lane Design

Double Barrel Filler
The double barrel fill nozzle feature places 2 fill tubes into each can. This allows faster filling with less space, less energy, and fewer moving parts.
Smartfill Servo
The vertical motion of the filler is controlled by a servo motor. Utilizing servo technology means precise, adjustable movement, size change with the push of a button, foam control, low energy, no compressed air, and no maintenance.
Easy To Clean
The Cannon features hi-temp silicone tubing and a 316 stainless fill nozzle that allows for high temp, or caustic cleaning during CIP. Even steam cleaning is an option with this system.
Additional Features
Lid Applicator
The lid applicators feature precision machined slide channels for reliable, extremely low miss count. These dual lane lid applicators feature fine position adjustments on two axis, and provide easy 4-bolt change from 12oz to 16oz cans. The unique spring tension release and stainless pressure roll-on feature means consistent, reliable lid pick and placement, all day long.
Rinse/Dry Station
The Cannon is one of the most energy efficient canning lines on the market. It uses burst rinse and dry technology to wash and dry only the cans and not the space between them, making the canning process more eco-friendly, efficient, and effective. We also offer alternative dryer air supply options to eliminate the bulk of your compressed air consumption.
